Vital Signs is a community check-up conducted by community foundations across Canada, measuring the vitality of our communities and identifying key trends that impact quality of life. Coordinated nationally by Community Foundations of Canada, this program helps bridge philanthropy with community needs and opportunities. In Victoria, the Victoria Foundation produces the Vital Signs report, using citizen survey results to highlight local priorities.
